I've used this idea at parties to help break the ice, I hope that you
can find it useful.

The idea is to have the ladies choose a balloon from a bag or from the
wall, anywhere is fine.  Beforehand you will have written on pieces of
paper and inserted into the balloons, something that the person has to
do once they have broken the balloon.  Create really crazy things, the
more people can laugh at themselves the greater at ease they will feel,
'specially if everyone else is making a fool of themselves :) 

Here are some ideas on what to put on the paper for insertion into the
balloons,

recite the alphabet backwards
stand with your back to the wall and create a figure eight with your
fanny
tell all the most embarrassing thing that has ever happened to you

well, you get the idea.
