Does anyone know how to get a hold of John Holmes?  I wanted to get his
"People's Choice" video but T. Myers was out (although it was still listed
on the site.)  It looks like a great tape and I would love to learn the
figures on it.

Also, if anyone has one for sale, please let me know.
