5 jokes just went through my head but I'll be good.

A bris is NOT a place for a balloon. I don't know what this woman is
thinking! It's not like a Bar Mitzvah where decorations are  tasteful. A
circumcision is a small private ceremony. Imagine a balloon popping just as
the moyle cuts the..... well you get the idea.    PASS OVER (no pun
intended) this one.
