Yo ~  I'm a newby...I'm doing a company picnic next month.  I want to do 
twisted hats...How far in advance can I blow up the balloons?  How much 
longer will they last in a plastic bag?  Will using nitrogen make them 
stay inflated longer than using air?  

I read ALL the mail from twisters and decos, every day!  It's such a 
great way to share ideas!  Thanks all, for your insight!

Also, have any of you had problems with the 11" Qualatex neons being 
spotty looking?
