From my past experience working at Indiana Pacer ballgames, here are my
recommendations

- inflate the balloons on the same day you need them and transport in trash
bags
- nitrogen will help a little, hi-float will also help if you're not going
to be outside
- think about putting the company logo on the balloons, it works for me and
it pays off for
you and the company
