Subject: EXACTLY WHAT IS A BALLOON JAM???

I have seen on these postings, messages about balloon jams.  Exactly
what is it?  Kind of like a convention?  Or is it just a bunch of
twisters getting together and learning from each others creations?  Or
are there classes taught by gifted balloon sculpurist , or maybe all of
the above?  I 
live in north Texas and would like to attend a balloon jam, but the
closest one I know of is in Houston.  Keep up all of the good work.
