GREETINGS!

  My (deity of choice), I'll probably be flamed for this, but here goes -
  I will make the balloons as requested.  I just hand it to the parents
while telling the child "I'm giving this to your mommie so that she can make
sure you don't put it in your mouth."  This may or may not protect me in a
court of law, but I do get the message across.
