Yes, that does sound like a lot of repetetive motion and PAIN.... You can get some soda pop can coolers made out of a nylon type fabric that wrap around the pop can (they don't have a bottom) and have a velcro closure. They have some kind of coolant gel or liquid inside. You can get them at WalMart and they're reasonably inexpensive ... Keep several in your freezer and when you get home, wrap them around your wrists and hands. I wear them frequently just around my writs and they help a lot.....I b'loon lots and I also spend lots of time at a keyboard, so I can relate.
