Well, from my own personal experience, I seldom sell myself as a draw.  I
go to the restaurants that have a 45 - 90 minute wait for tables and explain
to the manager that I can keep their patrons entertained while they wait for
a table.  The easier that hour - hour and a half passes in the lobby, the
less
trouble the customers give the wait staff.
