As a Californian here in Texas [about 70 miles south of Austin] for 
February, I can tell you,
there is no way to tell you!
Four days ago it was in the high 70s w/98% humidity...yesterday mornin' it 
froze...
It's 47 here right now [10:40am]...
You can use a program like WeatherBug w/zipcode 78741 for more up to date 
info...
