You also need to ask the DOR (Director of Nursing) or the Activities 
Director to inform you about anyone who has a diminished mental capacity 
that results in them putting things in their mouth (like a baby does).

Also, for many residents, a creation that can SIT on a dresser or table top 
is nice. Swans, dogs etc with front legs tucked in rear leg loop, teddy 
bears with a loop for rear legs, and so forth. Believe it or not, hats are 
usually a big hit.
