I don`t know that much of the contemporary mexican culture, but what
springs to mind (boooiiingngngng) is a standard hatbase with an extra rim
made by looping a fully inflated 260 and somehow attaching it to the
hatbase (yeah, this is a GREAT help, I know) to form a sombrero.
errrr...this needs work....sombrero`s, anyone ???...

Also, you could stuff small candy or a small toy into a 260 or 360, and
twist a small dog or whatever out of it. Put it on a small piece of
string or ribbon, and you have a pinata. A very small dog with big ears
would be a chihuahua. If you stuff some confetti in the balloons
beforehand, and use opaque balloons, this will add to the effect. Tell
the kids to pop them at home, though...I`m not sure the manager would
appreciate confetti all over his or her floor.

(the slight wooooshhh sound you now hear is the sound of my muse
abandoning me....)

Maybe I`ll come up with more after some deep thought...
