Dear Linda/Hearthrob and all,

Use a ruby red 160, half inflated, fill with several bubbles, rattling
about inside, leave enough balloon so you get a longish tail left over for
a stalk and you've got yourself a chilli pepper. (This is like two peas in
a pod with a green 160)

For the sombrero, as Jan is saying, make a basic helmet with a brown or
otherwise 260 (or 160 is ok for this), then for the brim, attach two more
brown 260's, from the front to the back, so you've effectively got two big
wings on each side. This also is the basis of a good super stetson.

Use the colours red, white and green - especially if they are serving salad
boats with salsa, sour cream and guacomole, which they probably are, and
you will have some nice co-ordination.

For instance, make a tiny black 160 bear and then have him or her if you
make female bears holding three 260 tulips in red, green and white. You
get a tiny bear holding the comparitively massive tulips or "balloons"

Make a geko or lizard with a green 160 -
Use a lock twist for the jaws, that way you can have him biting your little
finger,
Then a very short, stubby foreleg
Then a 3-bubble pop and twist sequece for the claws
Then another foreleg.
Then a body, backlegs same as front legs
Then a wavy tail and break off the excess balloon
Make this lizard quite miniature and then with static you can have him
stuck to the wall, just as they do.
