My family and I just returned from Disney World in Orlando, Florida.  While
walking through downtown Disney one night we started seeing numerous balloon
characters in folks hands and on their heads.  We never did find the person
making them but I thought I'll let him or her know we all loved the hats.  I
didn't get a real close look but they appeared to be made up with 2
balloons.  One balloon went around the head and had a long stem sticking up.
The second balloon was twisted into flower petals around the stem.
