As with all things, we all grow and learn and at some point wish to branch out. I have received many requests to work at parties or for tips, but I have turned them all down, as I am still working at being a better twister (I even went to my first jam awhile back--Thanks Pat In the Hat for the invite..Pat jam was great!!) Knowing that someday, I am going to venture out in the twisted world of table hoping and maybe a party or two, I have started to do my research on the subject (starting by rereading the balloonHq guide, a wonderful resource!!). Well, yesterday, I received my copy of, Processional Portolio for Balloon Artists by Bruce Kalver, I would like to say: "Bruce's book should become REQUIRED reading for ALL new twisters who are considering branching out and wanting to do it, in the most professional manner possible! There are lots of camera-ready pages for you to reproduce and use today! His Birthday planner is worth it weight in gold! If you are like me and are considering working fairs and parks, his Menu board will save you a lot of headache, (I have been trying to solve the problem of a menu board for a long time, his is GREAT!!). I can't say enough good things about this book, buy it, learn it, live it, make money off it!!" Just my two humble pennies on the subject Sir T "Facing backwards I see the past, our nation gained, our nation lost, our sovereignty Gone. All traded for the promise of progress.Facing the future I see hope, hope that we will survive, hope that we will prosper. For without hope I cannot live. Remember the past but do not dwell there. Face the future where all our hopes stand." ---Kamakawiwo'ole ________________________________________________________________ YOU'RE PAYING TOO MUCH FOR THE INTERNET!
