Help!
I am having a CRAFT attack ... Can't Remember a Freakin' Thing  :)
Royal did an impromptu stansion at T&S2K.  I need to create a base like that 
(cuz I liked it) and just can't remember how.

I am making balloon hockey nets (for the hockey weekend) and have forgotten 
how to do the bases to give stability  (been a bad week...)

I've tried a loop/link vertical pattern but it doesn't seem to be stable.  

Thanks to all who offered input on the hockey sticks.  I'm all set and we 
plan to "play hockey" with these kids using balloon sticks, pucks and nets - 
not injury inducing  LOL
