You can make your own balloon dog pins out of Mardi Gras beads.  They can be 
ordered form Oriental Trading company which has an 800#.  Just count out the 
appropriate number of beads and twist the beads to make it just like you'd 
make a 260 balloon.  Glue it onto a pin and VOILA...a balloon dog pin.  I 
don't know if these are the same kind as what everyone is talking about, but 
they certainly are cute!
