Hi all.

I use a packet of sugar.
I put it into a five inch round then blow it up and tie off.
You attach this to a 260 broken off to desired handle length.
Then with a different color 260, make about 4 or 5 .75 inch knots and loop 
around the base of the 5' round where it connects to the handle. This will 
hide your knot and make it look really great.
This is how I do a baby rattle but same idea could be used for a Mexican 
theme.
