    I want to sincerely thank everyone for the many letters, messages, 
cards, balloons, bvooks, and flowers I received during my recent 
hospitalization and recovery.   The surgery was successful but i 
developed a rather serious Staph infection which kept me down a week 
longer than expected.   I am at the computer for the first time in weeks 
and it feels so good to be back.  I look forward to being back on the 
road again soon and hope to see many of you at MillenniumJam 2000 in 
Belgium in June.  

     If you can make it to MillenniumJam 2000 do it.  It will be the 
greatest International get-together of Balloon Twisters ever and will be 
very worthwhile.  The location is fantastic, the instructors are the 
best, and the schedule is outstanding.  IBS and Leo Verlinden have doine 
a great job in putting it all together.
