What about using Sparklets balloons to sell outdoors?  The float time is
unrivaled and they don't oxidize.  They are a balloon that many people will have
not seen before, therefore would be much more impressive than a free latex
balloon.  You can create an endless variety of balloons by inserting different
sizes and shapes of latex into the Sparklet!
