Greetings All; 
               I've been reading all the posts on dealers lately and
thought I'd add my two cents.
I've always ordered from several dealers for the simple reason no one
dealer stocks EVERYTHING?? you may need.recently I located a book
through an "net" search. It was no longer stocked by T Myers. I also
found a video this way. In closing all I have to say is:don't limit
yourself to just One dealer.Thank you and have a nice day:o)
