I took a commercial acting class a while back and I remember a couple of
things.  One weird thing is don't wear thin horizontal stripes because when
you look at it on the TV it will seem to move and can be very distracting.
Also, I agree with Larry's comment about patterns to distract the viewer
from your hands.  You might want to try a solid color shirt.  Also, you
might want to bring some extra clothes for plan B if your first costume
doesn't work with the camera.

Also, don't be too hard on yourself when you see yourself on film.  It's a
shock to see yourself for the first time and be kind with your ego.
