Hey   

DELIDEE32@cs.com asked for this so here goes

this is how I make the turtle bracelet 

Make a tulip twist (apple twist) and follow it by 4 more bubbles the same
size as the first one.

Lock the first with the last to make the 4 legs and head.

Make a bubble and lock between the back legs for the shell.

Tie and puncture the balloon to let the remainder of the air out. 

Tie the end to the head and vola you have a turtle bracelet...
