This is a great idea!

Okay, so the gang at BalloonHQ can start UnitedNationsHQ! This way, the
worst thing that can happen is that some Prime Minister will flame another.
Larry will post the rules and Mark will refer the arguing parties to "the
guide" and ask them to look the section on "diplomacy" . This will quiet
everybody down.
