Send her a confirmation letter or contract, which would obviously include
the Fee, She'll soon give you a bell if she thought it was free.

I always send out a contract, that way if they complain that I'm late, or
try to change the times, I've got a bit of paper with their signature on it,
which proves what time they've booked me for, and the fee.  I send out 2
copies both signed by me, they sign and send one back.
