Personally, I enjoy the indirect approach myself: I love Bruce Kalver's idea of a pet tag. I changed mine a bit so it all fits on one business card (buy the blank ones at an office supply store and make them on your computer). It simply says "This pet belongs to____________" and then on the bottom is my company name & info. They are then attached to the balloons with the elastic that is in the hole I punched in the card. Also, if you provide goodie bags, put a coupon for 10% off in the bags. We offer gift certificates to all fundraisers. We offer one hour service free - but the exposure is worth a pretty penny. Network ALL THE TIME. Join Chambers of Commerce they host organized forms of networking. Lauren Surprenant www.KidsTimeToGo.com
