		Tim McConeghy, Lord of Latex. Do you want a contest to sort the really
good from the freaking amazing?


              THE X MINUTE STUMPER CREATION

		The competitors have a set number of minutes to create a new design. Draw
ideas from a hat, or ask the audience for ideas(whose line is it anyway).
Judges choose the most accurate, original, whatever criteria works. This
competition would test the twisters ability to think on their feet. Perhaps
you could have an accuracy, and a catoony version. Best job with the least
balloons.  Maybe unlimited time with no restarts. Once a design is started
it must be completed. Remember you are the best twister in your socks.
