Hello to all the twisted folk out there. I would like to add my comments to 
this line. I inflate by mouth but I also run out. "Gulp" that's when the old 
pump comes in handy. It is also a part of my costume. I have my pump mounted 
on wheels like clowns feet, sometimes I add a clown head. Sometimes I strap a 
little stuffed animal, bear or some other little animal onto my pump and 
because I use a hose on my pump I run the hose through his mouth and that 
makes it look like the Bear is blowing the balloon up. The kids love it, and 
it gets lots of uhh & Ahhh. So I need both my lungs and my pump. 
Next I would like to add to the persons post that mentioned making a balloon 
pump out of an old helium tank. I had that thought myself. You can buy the 
fill tip from your local welding supply house and there you have it. However 
I disagree with him on using that tank by just screwing an air fill tip into 
the tank. That would be very dangers in my opinion. When you fill that tank 
with air you would likely put 125 pounds of air maybe more. Very dangerous 
with the air fill tip just drilled and screwed in. You would at the very 
least have to weld it in so it wouldn't blow out and kill some kid when you 
least expect it. 
So I recommend going to Wal Mart. By the way, I want to be buried at Wal Mart 
when I die, at least I know Peaches would come see me regularly. Any way, go 
to Wal Mart and they sell the Air tanks, like the one you use to fill a car 
tire. The small one is about 5 gal next 7gal 12 gal and so on and they start 
at about $18 and go up to about $30. Now those tanks are certified and they 
already have a presser release value and air gauge so you can tell how much 
air you have in your tank. In other words you can buy the whole setup cheeper 
than you can look up the parts and try to put it together yourself plus it 
want kill somebody.  Of course if it did at least you would have a partner to 
say they did it mister sue them....
 Just a little humor thrown in guys, no charge.. This makes a very cut and 
nice no noise air tank to roll along with you (Note) for you guys that like 
to sit and twist. This would be just right for you just sit down fix the hose 
where it is handy for you to work with and 
wa-la there you have it. Oh I added heavy wire to the hose on mine so I could 
twist it to any position and it would hold.
