I figure 100 balloons per hour, then I throw in at least
another 100 to round things off.  When doing this type
of work I concentrate on hats as much as possible, as
these tend to be more visible and give me better promo
value.

My corporate rate, which is 25% less than my regular
hourly rate for small parties, requires a minimum 3 hour
commitment from my client.
