I have been thinking about this very thing.  I used the B&D pump and I loved 
having the extra hand to do the swirly balloons.  I can't use that now, too 
heavy, so I have to take the time to wrap it around someone else's finger.  
Makes for good patter, but I would like that to be optional.

so:
1.  One hand to operate.
2.  Already set up - no converting anything, getting the right bag, etc.  
3.  Small.
4.  Low maintenance/dependable. (!!!!)
5.  Air hose very flexible and can easily vary in length, so it can fit in 
different costumes without much trouble.
6.  Batteries last forever (ok, 3 to 4 hours would be reasonable).

That's all I can think of now unless the capuchinno machine can be rigged up.
