I did some volunteer twisting for a Make-A-Wish raffle yesterday. They were raffling off a $30,000 bass boat. The guys running it are all avid fishermen, and informed me that "Mister Twister" also makes fishing lures. Is duplicate naming of clowns/twsiters that much of a problem? I could only guess there are a few dozen clowns named 'Chuckles' or 'Giggles'. If it is a problem, how does one find out if a name is taken? Any suggestions for a name? Quick background on the new guy: My first twist was at a Easter egg hunt at church about 9 yrs ago. I was working with the children's ministry. Someone had put some 260's in some of the eggs, and a couple kids came to me to make balloon animals. After making the world's worst mosquito, my fiancee bought me a book, small hand pump & a bag of balloons. 8 1/2 years & a divorce later, I picked up a bag of balloons and started walking around a local fair making kids smile. I was surprised when someone offered me a tip; I was just having fun. Now I figure if I can both make kids smile and a few dollars doing it, I've got my dream job. This past week I make a basket out of balloons filled with balloon flowers & a teddy bear for a woman at work who's moving. I was swarmed by people asking me where I got it and/or how much do I charge. --- John Michael Stevens <joyfulnoise@uswest.net> wrote: > Since you've just started, I guess you don't know that both the names > "Mr. > Twister" and "Mister Twister" are already taken. __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
