Explain what you mean, whomever made that claim.

If you mean "taken" by someone else in this group, well, you can make your groups rules anything you wish.  However, unless the "Mr. Twister" name is a registered trademark or trade style (in which case it could not be used by anyone else nationwide), or a registered trade name in your state or county (registered with the local government under their rules for DBA's [that's "doing business as" names]) there's no such thing as "taken".
