Subject: CTI Balloons

Anyone ever heard of CTI?  They have a package of balloons & a small
hand pump available at both Kmart & WalMart.  At Kmart, I've seen 50
balloons & pump for $3.99; WalMart has 25 balloons & pump for $1.97.  
The pump isn't anything to write home about (and Mom isn't on this list
anyway) but the balloons are of good quality and the flourescent colors
are nice.  They blow up looking more pastel.  Also, they have a
'smooth' feel to them.  They 'bird-body' nicely, but wedging them (like
a standing rabbit's feet) can be a little tricky.
