This is primarily for Mark Small (The Small Twister). In regards to a
butterfly, I have been successful by using two heart balloons and a 260.

Blow up the two heart balloons and tie off then pull the tied end until it
bubbles out and do a twist on both balloons then twist them together. Draw
outlines of eye hearts and a pair of thick lips  and fill in with red ink.
blow up the 260 leaving about 2 inch tail, twist the tail around the wings,
shake the 260 and it looks like the butterfly is flying. use white or pink
hearts and a white 260.
