I love the CTI neons.  I first got them from WalMart and liked them,
fortunatly I can now get them from American Balloon Factory here in
Kansas City.  I know other people carry them, but can't think of the
names right off hand.   My Scouts like the colors, but don't like to
twist them as much as qualatex.  But that's probably because they are a
bit stiffer than the Qs.
