Subject: Balloon Twisting Workshop in Kansas City

KC/Midwest Balloon Professionals QBN Chapter is sponsoring a balloon
twisting workshop with Twister Chris of San Diego, California on
Wednesday, August 30th.

The workshop will be from 9 a.m. to 5 P.M. with a break for lunch.  The
cost is $25 for KC/Midwest members, $30 for all others.  The workshop
will be held at the RLDS church located at 79th Street and Mission
Road.  This is the same location as the local clown alley meetings.

Class topics will include Everybody Loves Balloon Hats, Balloon Jewelry,
More Hats and a segment to ask for assistance with your most
requested/challenging sculptures!  The entire workshop will be hands-on,
so bring your balloons, pump and camera.  Whether you are a beginner or
an advanced twister, this workshop will increase your balloon sculpture
repertoire.

The August Balloon Jam will be the same evening at Ryan's on 75th Street
beginning at 7 P.M.  Admission to the jam will be complimentary for
those attending the workshop with Twister Chris.  If you are unable to
attend the class and would like to attend the jam, admission will be $5.

Class size is limited to allow room for everyone to participate in this
