Tie these ands and the knots together and twist this large loop in half. Loop a balloon around the kid`s waist, then make crossed `shoulders straps. Attach the wings described higher to the point on the back where the straps cross, using the rest of the uninflated ends and knots of the clear. I agree this is not he nest way to do it.
