My 14 month old daughter likes to sneak balloons and try to put them on
a pump. She's never quite gotten it, but she tries every time she
thinks she can get away with it. (And before anyone makes any comments,
I used sneak for a reason. I try keep balloons out of her reach because
I like having her around.)

When I taught my Girl Scouts how to twist I learned very quickly to
pre-inflate balloons before the meeting. Hearts, geos and bee body
balloons got blown up by the girls, but I inflated a bunch of 260s
before meetings. Showing them something cool didn't intrest them as
much as letting them make something simple. I found that anything I
showed them they wanted to make. Maybe someone has an idea of how to
do the Boy Scout symbol? I can make a trefoil, but that won't be much
help to you. If they are cub scouts, how about the animals that
represent the levels?

For anyone who has not tried DeAnna's apron.....I LOVE IT. I just got
mine, and it took me awhile to load all of those loops, but it was time
well spent. All sorts of loops and pockets, a place for everything I
might think of taking with me.
