It really depends on your state. I was told you do need one, but when I
tried to inquiry about one no one seem to know what I was talking about.
So, I picked parks that has a lot going on. CA is pretty laid back when
it comes to busking/working for tips. Now if I was Vending then, I would
need a permit. I even made one for a police officer who was, walking
through. Parks are a good place to work, but check your local laws first.
