<< If anyone knows some other kid-friendly twisting techniques,
videos, balloons, please let me know. >>

My children are 5 1/2 (son) and 7 (daughter) and they both think they are so
cool when they can help Mom twist for a crowd of kids. A "z" fold is an
awesome way for little hands to make a sword (thank goodness the air shifts
so their hands can fit).

Also, teach your child how to do basic balloon hats. My kids both make
swords, pirate hats (basic hat) and belts. It's a hoot. My daughter loves
to show off in front of teenagers and make a braid hat. It's not real
polished but the recipients don't even care. By teaching hats, they can add
stuff and make it up as they go along - just like the grownups.
