I know an entertainer who ask where the person lives and quotes a price based on his perception of the potential client's wealth.

Does any other twisters out there do this??? 

I have given breaks to people if they can't afford it and do freebies from time to time, but to base prices for certain neighborhood seems unethical to me...

I give a base price for all and my show is %100 no matter who the client is....
