Well, that depends on the technique, actually.  Perhaps the tail was done
with Chris Horne's string-of-bubbles technique:

and, the nose could be accomplished with a simple knot behind the first
bubble (or perhaps a glue dot).

I'm not saying it's a style I'd choose to portray in my sculptures, but
we're all gifted... we can twist anything, RIGHT?  Happy twisting and
