<DIV>I called them to ask about it and got the shock of my life. They told me that I had a three star rating which means that I made too many claims in the past and they would not trust that I had not received them.</DIV>
<DIV>I couldn't believe it. I'd been using them for years and couldn't understand this rating. When I asked them to substantiate it, they told me that they were not computerized and would literally have to look through thousands of paper invoices to find out.</DIV>
<DIV>I explained that there had to be a mix-up but they wouldn't hear of it.</DIV>

<DIV>When I got on the phone with the owner, he wouldn't let me get a word in, and then he rudely hung up on me.</DIV>

<DIV>I guess that I am really not saving money if I am losing out on bags of balloons.</DIV>

<DIV>If you are using them and happy with them...good for you. I hope this never happens to you. I certainly didn't expect it to happen to me. But If I recommended them to you, I feel it is my responsibility to let you know otherwise.</DIV>
