In answer to im The Balloonatic, TMyers Magic has Balloon outfits in his
catalog, If you are a clown you will need more material, I too have trouble
at times finding enough material to make vest.

There is a mill that dyes and prints Balloon material, It is located in
Hillsboro, NC.

I had two couples come in the restaurant I was worrking and they
complemented me on my vest then told me they worked in the mill that printed
the fabric. I told them how hard it was to get the material as the clowns
usually bought up all of it as soon as it hit the stores to make costumes
out of.

They ask for my card and 5 days later I received in the mail 2 yards each of
6 different patterns yards each of 6 different patterns. I have enough
material to last me the rest of my life.
