Check your local fabric stores for the fabric. . . there are also some
wonderful quilting supply websites who I am sure will have some. . . 

For balloon themed clothing contact Creation Station.  They might be a
BHQ sponsor. . I can't remember how to contact them.  ALSO folks who do
custom computerized ermbroidery can do logos, etc.

making soon sandi told me about it and I'm interested!
