I have to say, I didn't have that experience at all.  Maybe those were from
the old formula???  I went back now to play with my Betallatex 260's, and I
gave them quite a workout, and was very pleased with the quality.  I
recommend that you make sure that you have a new bag, (you can tell by the
"ziplock" style), and give it another shot.  You may be really pleasantly
surprised.  We were.
