well, as for my parody of the Snitch. . . . first I attached a diamond
260 that was partially (mostly) inflated and curved to the top of (my
parody of) Harry's head. . . that way it would fly.. . . then I tied a
160 to the end of the balloon. . .then I attach a 5 inch link-o-loon
that Don Caldwell, and someone elsegave me to the sting (both the
knotted and the knottable end were tied together.)
THEN I used a partially inflated gold (Betallic) 260. . .hrmmm don't
remember how much, but I am willing to guess that i inflated it about 2
ft. I made:
a 3 inch dogleg, pinch twist, 1 1/2 inch dogleg, pinch twist, 1 1/2 inch
dogleg, pinch twist,1 1/2 inch dogleg, then I lock twisted the end to
the original knot. . to make a wing shape.
NOW. . . do it all again to make the other wing.
Attach it to the knot in the ball and you have made a parody of a golden
snitch. at this joining place is where it is attached to hte fishing
pole style balloon aso it will flay around.
Hope that was hopeful. . . that was a real guess.
