I don't believe they are members of QBN, yet.

Asking them not to conduct business at our both with
customers all around us would not have been the professional
thing to do either. It would only draw attention to the
situation and away from the customers, were it should be

Focusing on the customers and keeping our cool is what
helped turn this into a positive outcome for us and at the
same time created a negative image for the other company.
Our image remained professional, upbeat, positive, and full
of Fresh Ideas.

BTW - I have contacted the company and informed the owners
of the incorrect behavior.
