I have used the following for he show special: 

Book today and receive 10% off your entire order.
Book within the next two weeks and receive a free headtable centerpiece.

You can offer anything that you sell.  You can also base it on the total
purchase.  If you have something that you either now own or can get that
you can use over and over again at no extra charge that can be your show
special, such as buy or make two card boxes and (mail box, wishing well,
etc.) and then if they book today they get 10% off plus free card box
rental.  By using something that you can use over and over again, you look
good but it doesn't keep costing you.  You can do it any way that you want
but remember that you want to get bookings and you want to make a profit.
Don't give away the store!  I am interested in knowing what others offer
for show specials too.
