If you pack them right I can visualise the stone done with silver foils and
clear latex. You may want to get out the old ironing board and reshape a few
of the foils to make a diamond shape. If possible put a  single  ( or even a
set of bud lights) light amongst the balloons making the stone. Sparkle
sparkle.
